Industrial Action Committee

Industrial Action Committee (IAC) is an open organising forum for all UCU Edinburgh members in the current dispute, supported by Branch Committee and working alongside/with Branch Committee and the Local Contacts Assembly. Participation by members of other unions and students is also welcome! IAC is an organising space:

for developing UCU Edinburgh’s industrial strategy and wider political campaign
to coordinate campaign activism, e.g. making materials, fundraising, political, media & student comms, etc.
for members, Local Contacts and elected Branch Committee members to work together

This meeting will focus on practicalities and strategies for the next few weeks of action. There will be a call for help with various tasks and also as much time as possible for discussion of strategy and next steps.
